In 1982, consensual sex between same-sex couples is lawful at age fifteen (15) years [R1.1].

The French Penal Code provides:

Article 227-25: “The commission without violence, constraint, threat or surprise of a sexual offence by an adult on the person of a child under fifteen years of age is punished by five years’ imprisonment and a fine of €75,000.”
